Using Adobe Analytics
We make use of Adobe Analytics, a web analysis service, after given consent.  This service is an offering of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland, in the USA the Adobe Inc., Adobe 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA (“Adobe”), in the EU, the EEA, and Switzerland. With this provider we concluded a Data Processing Agreement. Adobe Analytics uses cookies, which are saved on your computer and allows an analysis of the use of our online services. We use Adobe Analytics in our online services exclusively with privacy by default settings: This entails the activation of the settings “Before Geo-Lookup: Replace visitor´s last IP octet with 0” and “Obfuscate IP-Removed”. Through the setting “Before Geo-Lookup: Replace visitor´s last IP octet with 0”, the IP address is anonymised before the Geo-localisation by replacing the last octet of the IP address with zeros. The setting “Obfuscate IP-Removed” ensures that the real IP address is replaced by a generic IP address.  This anonymisation of your IP address prevents a direct link to a particular individual. Further, we only provide a pseudonymised customer number to Adobe. Adobe cannot trace which natural person it concerns. The customer number is solely used internally, to process your order (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to carry out process optimisations (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The information generated by the cookie concerning your usage of our on-line offering (including your abbreviated/ anonymised IP address) is transferred to a server of Adobe in Ireland and saved there. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out (also see the section “Do we use of third-party cookies?” in our privacy statement). In this way Adobe evaluates the usage of our online services, to generate statistical reports on the activities of our online services and to provide us with further related information on the usage of our services. We solely make use of Adobe Analytics cookies, once you have given your consent on our Cookie-Consent-Banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Further legal basis for the processing of the anonymised IP address is in the legitimate interest of improving the usability of our online offering, insofar as there is no conflict of interests and provided no objection exists (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can revoke the previously given consent on our Cookie-Consent-Banner to process your data with Adobe Analytics, at any time. With the revocation of the consent, the legality due to the consent until the revocation, is not affected. You will find further information on the revocation of the consent in this privacy statement under “Your rights”. Should you have de-activated the Adobe-cookies, the possibility exists that not all functions of our website in its full functionality, are available.
You will find more information on how Adobe Analytics deals with user data in Adobe´s privacy statement:

Integration of YouTube Videos
We integrated YouTube videos in our online services. This allows YouTube videos to be played directly from our pages. Here the “privacy-enhanced mode” applies, when YouTube only then collects your personal data, when you authorise consent. The transfer of your data to YouTube thereby only takes place with the granting of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
YouTube is a service provided in the EU, the EEA, and Switzerland by Google Ireland Limited Gordon House, Borrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland, in the USA by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
We integrated the YouTube videos on our site in such a manner, that a privacy-enhanced mode applies. The access of our pages, on which YouTube videos are found and clicking on these videos, does not lead to your data being transferred to Google. Before this happens, you are asked to grant your consent. For this, we provided a relevant cookie banner for your consent (cookie banner).
When you have given your consent or directly call up a video on YouTube (e.g., on our YouTube channel), your data potentially gets transferred to and saved on a Google server in the USA. In this manner, Google analyses your usage of our video offering on YouTube to compile anonymised reports for us on the video clicks and to provide other services related to the use of videos.
You will find further information on data protection of the Google service “YouTube” in the privacy statement of the provider under: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de
